Our Alpaca Walking Experience commences with a brief Health & Safety, followed by introduction to our trekking Alpacas and a lesson on holding the alpaca lead reins. Then we are off on our on-farm Alpaca Walk, through our pretty paddocks, walking alongside the bubbling River Blackwater, through our tranquil willow forest and beside our Christmas trees. There are plenty of opportunities to swap, to hold the alpaca lead reins, in your groups of 2 or 3 and some great photo/ video moments to be had by all. The walk lasts approximately - 75 minutes.

Next, its time for a spot of our famous "goat fishing" and feeding and meeting our main pygmy goat herd, here, we will tell you some fun goaty facts and information about the various characters within our herd.

Then on to our female alpacas and their cria (babies), many of these are related to the male alpacas walked earlier in the experience. We tell you about our females and some general information about alpacas.

Finally, we visit our Pygmy Goat Nursery paddock. Here we meet the nannies and their kids. We feed this group and it's time for a cuddle with our pygmy goat kids.

The total experience is 2 hours.

All experiences must be pre-booked by telephone.

Our farm is located between Braintree and Coggeshall.

This experience is aimed at adults and children aged 14+ (who may hold the alpaca lead reins).
