Join in the fun when Weber's certified barbecue chef presents the latest Weber® products and cook up plenty of inspiration with these hands-on BBQ sessions.
Each course is 3 hours long with a maximum of 20 people per session. Please make sure you arrive 15 minutes before the start time.
You will enjoy an exciting time barbecuing numerous dishes from the Spring/Summer menu, learning new skills along the way.
Around the World (Saturday 18 July @ 10:30am) - featuring:
Cedar plank trout
Stuffed pork tenderloin
Corn on the cob
Reverse seared steaks
Grilled peach sundaes
All About Smoke (Saturday 18 July @ 2pm and Sunday 19 July @ 10:30am) - featuring:
Sweet potato fries
Classic beef and bacon burger with smoked BBQ Sauce
Maple mustard glazed onions
Roasted Cote de Boeuf
Guinness and chocolate cake
Participants are divided into small groups and everyone gets stuck in at the BBQs. The course offers a great atmosphere, delicious grilled food samples, free Weber® apron - as well as the opportunity to leave the course a better BBQ chef.
Experience useful tips and tricks that will revolutionise the way you use your Weber® barbecue.
Every participant will receive expert tuition, all the recipes, a Weber® apron as well as a Weber® certificate.
